dial number+DTMF

Guys,

Is it already somehow possible in CDT (BCM7) to dial numbers and DTMFs at once like +48221234567#890 where +48221234567 is a phone number and 890 is DTMF?

Hello Piotr,

CDT does not currently support this functionality, but SAP Convergence does.

In Convergence, you can feed your number as: +48221234567x890#

where 890# are the required DTMF.

What you can do in CDT, is to define a quick dial key that sends the DTMF string. You first place the call and when you are through to the IVR, press the quick dial key and your DTMFs are sent.

Hello Nadia,

There has been no changes and I am not aware of any short term plans in this area.

In case this would be required in a customer case, telling this to the solution management of SAP Contact Center helps when new functionality is decided for upcoming releases.

By the way, in case when customer  implements integration SAP CC with CRM IC,  will it be possible to dial number+DTMF from CRM web ui ?

Or it  requires additional development ?

Sending out DTMFs has been implemented only on the client level. Please see the earlier posts in this thread for more information.
