Partner determination for transferred emails

Hello *,

I've integrated MS Outlook with yC4C. The transfer of an email to yC4C technically works proper.

But I detected that activity created in yC4C always contains the main contact of the account even that contact is not involved to the email. Is it possible to avoid this assignment?

Hi

Go to fine-tuning and open the Activities.Then,check the Involved parties for E-Mail and check the access sequence which is assigned to the Contact of Account. If the contact of account is selected in the access sequence,then de-select this and test the process again
