Run ABAP Report Error

Hi Experts,

During SAP ECC 6.0 EHP6 Installation , I am getting error in Run ABAP Report phase.

I followed the following thread & tried as mentioned .

I changed the "ERROR" to "OK" in keydb.hml file & stored in the same location . After that again i restarted the installation.

As per my observation ,system is not taking data from the new edited file keydb.hml rather it is creating another keydb1 file .

Kindly guide .

Hi Santosh,

Once you modified keydb.xml you need to re-execute sapinst with option SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true.

This will read the modified status and continue to next step.

Hi,

In unix you can execute  it like " sapinst SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true"

Hi Mudasir ,

Actually our server configuaration is in WINDOW Server 2008 R2 & database is Oracle11g.

Pls help me how to execute.

Hi,

In windows system, you need to execute " sapinst SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true" from the windows command prompt.

Open command prompt -> go to the folder of  sapinst tool  -> execute the command.
