FBRA Error - Message No F5308 Document includes already cleared items

Dear Experts,

I'm trying to cancel a clearing document and found error with message number F5308. This is the document that I'm trying to cancel (Doc No: 1500001182):

There is no item in that document that has cleared status, but it still can't be reversed in FBRA. From what I got from googling, I found some SAP notes related to this issue. So I implement below SAP Notes but still got error:

Hi Arum,

The document have cleared the some line items and those items also might be cleared with another document.

Please check the documents which was cleared with document 1500001182.

Sorry for the late reply. I already checked for the partial payment and didn't find any partial payment regarding my document. Is there anything else that I should check? Thank you.

Hi Arum,

Check in trx FB03 , Enviroment -> Payment usage.

You may have a partial clearing. Search BSIK with your vendor number and REBZG with the document number of the paymente (150001182).
