Dear Experts
I am trying to upgrade Solution Manager 7.1 from SPS04 to SPS07.
I am receiving this problem when it fails with the error below. My profile parameters point to the correct location where the SAPJVM 4.1.026 is but still the SUM insists on looking for 4.1.016. From where could it be getting this parameter?

Did you upgrade your SAPJVM manually?... was 4.1.016 your previous version?...

Hi
Have you checked your OS Environment Variables as it's going to read them for installations/patching.

Graham
