Collaboration Launch Pad

Hello all,

I've removed the Tool Are iView from the <i>Desktop Framework</i> object. I’ve added a copy of Tool Area iView to my Page on a place on the right.

I can see the Collaboration link, from Tool Area iView, on that page. When I click, the user lists, I can see my online contacts. But when I try to send an instant message, the Portal doesn’t open the popup window.

Before I’ve change the position of Collaboration launch pad window, everything was working fine. I’ve checked and there’s no popup blocker working on my browser and the user’s browser.

Does anybody here know why I can’t open the window to send instant message?
