Error when saving ZMCR in CRM Web UI

Former Member

When I perform an Action (such as Set to "Validate") and then save the ZMCR I receive this error.

Looking at the dump in ST22 I ran a Check in SE38 and received tihs.

The only Note I could find related to this message is 1734676 but it has a status "cannot be implemented" in our system. We're at SP07 (SM 7.1).

The issue only happens for transaction ZMCR (Request for Change), which is a copy of the standard transaction SMCR. It does not happen for SMCR. Does anyone know why there might be a difference between these two transactions?

Thanks,

Shawn

Hello Shawn, do you have a solution I have got this message 500 SAP... with message  SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC in ZMCR saving. We have only copied it from SMCR, which is working...

thanks

Hello Johannes,

Unfortunately I do not have a solution yet. I have a message open with SAP for help.

I copied SMCR to ZMCR and ran into this issue with ZMCR only; SMCR still works fine. Thinking maybe something went wrong with the copy I again copied SMCR but this time to YMCR. To my disappointment YMCR has the same issue as ZMCR.

Once the issue is resolved I will post the solution here.

Thanks,

Shawn

Hello Shawn,

please check this note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1868414

and check exactly the copy from smcr to zmcr according to customizing. In our process there was a copy error in transaction head data ot zmcr (contacts). That solves our problem.

Hi Johannes,

Thanks for the reply; I had forgotten about this message. Unfortunately I am not able to view the note you mention, but it is ok as the issue is now resolved. I had a message open with SAP and their investigation led us to retrieve and reactivate version 00001 of /TMWFLOW/CL_CHM_CSOL_CHECK-> EXCLUDE_TR_IMPORTED_TO_PRD. After that, and fixing some TMS issues, the error message disappeared.

Take care,

Shawn

Hi,

The note you mentioned is looks like typical release information note for new funcutionality DGP.

have you implemented charm correction note for sp7, Note 1726917 - Master Note for Change Request Management 7.10, SP7,  there are list of notes together applied with this master note.

if this not resolved, search with the class name, any relevant note could there.

check this too Note 1770199 - ChaRM DGP conflicts cannot be ignored on cycle

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply Jansi.

I have implemented Note 1726917. I also looked at Note 1770199, as well as one released just today (1817824) which reads as though it will correct my issues, unfortunately it has not.

My ABAP team will create the missing form, and if that doesn't correct the issue I plan to open a message with SAP.

Cheers,

Shawn
