Upgrade to EM 7.0 EP1

Hi,

We are currently working with EM 5.1 and we are preparing the upgrade to EM 7.0 with Enhancement Pack 1.

I have been reviewing the 'Upgrade Master guide' documentation, but could not really find any preactivity to be executed before the update. We are not using the SAP predefined Business process.

Does anyone have experience on this upgrade? are there pre-activities to do done? commun failures?

What we are using is the WCL java based 7.0. Seems to be supported also.

Hello Iñigo,

there should be no preactivity needed for this upgrade.

You should think about using the new WebDynpro UI. WCL is still supported but no features are added here in the future.
