depreciation not seen the asset after posting instead showing as 0

Dear All,

I'm not able to see the depriciation posted in the asset. I could see the amount posted in GL's but in asset its showing as 0 in posted amounts after depreciation run. Could you please let me know what procedure should i follow to get the amounts in the asset.

Hi Sudha,

Make sure that you checking the values for relevant fiscal year in t.code: AW01N

Please cross verify once in GL posting month & Fiscal and for the same year and month check in asset explorer.

Hi All,

I've seen the posted amounts in AW01N but i didn't find the amount posted and found as 0 in amount posted. There is an unplanned depriciation which was posted. GL is showing the amount posted but in asset its showing as 0. This assets was created due to negative capitalisation of project. Could you please help me how would the amount reflects in AW01N in to be posted column?

This Unplanned depreciation will be shown in Planned values and get adjusted the last depreciation run of the year.

Check in AW01N - Planned values tab

You can check the same in AR01, AR02 and AR03.

Hi,

The unplanned will always show in unplanned column and the planned will always show in the planned TBP column. This is a negative capitalisation of asset. Please let me know how to get the posted value of depriciation in the asset

Please check AW01N as Bowen said.

And, after running depreciation, do you check tcode AFBP to display posted dep.amount for this asset?

T-CD: AW01N,  in the tab "Posted values", the depreciation amount will be seen here.
