NWDS project created with small Portal com, How to upload the Par

Hi,

Using NWDS I have created the exercise( my first Portal Application) for the online training course TEPD10

I was able to successfully able to create the Par file after defining the system parameter etc carefully. However when I select the project in the NWDS and from the context menu( Right click) select the 'Quick Par Upload' I receive the error message as ' Connection refused to XYZ server'.

Can any body help me as how to get this PAR file imported into the portal and test it from there. I have already tested the PAR file SUCCESSFULLY from the NWDS using the dist menu> PORTAL-INF> portalapp.xml.

2> Also, We have installed the 6.0PDK as the Business package. Can anybody let me know as how to find some webdynpro example from it and test it successfully by creating some iviews from it?
