This error comes up even when I logout and login again after session time
out
An error has occurred: Unable to reconnect to the CMS IP:6400. The session
has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)
I have to logout and login once again then
An error has occurred: Servlet execution threw an exception
Steps for Reconstruction
Steps : User logs in
Works on the system
Opens and updates a few reports
Click on other folder
nothing shows
Tries to logout above error appears
Clicks on the login URL again
LOGS IN
Clicks on Document List
This error appears
An error has occurred: Unable to reconnect to the CMS 10.64.9.214:6400.
The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)
Logs out again and Logs in
Then things start to work

In which application do you have the issue? Xcelsius dashboard, Webi, Infoview? and what is your BO version?

Are you guys using the tomcat server URL or load balancer url?
Tomcat server url generatlly : http://servername(ipaddress):8080/CmcApp
Load balancer URLs which are configured on cisco or F5 etc., : http://reporting/CmcApp
If you are not using tomcat server URL and using load balancer url then consult your network guys/load balancer admins and ask them to look into the configuration( check at the load balancer configuration level for sticky cookies or sessions)
