How to Install SAP j2ee server

Hi,

can anybody guide me as to how to install j2ee server on the local machine.

1. Where can i get the Installation version from.

2. wat r the config entries to be changed.

3. How can i make my own web console.

Note: The main aim is to use my own web console and delegate the request to ABAB stack remotely.
