A simple/ serious Question

Guys,

i have a serious questions for you..........

You have 500 millions (since 2000 and you will not be using data from 2000 -2004 that much) FI data in R/3 and need to extract to BW. You will be using extractor to extract data and data will be extrated to BW on every 4 hours of interval. Please explain the extraction method, data modeling (type of cube/ods, single/ multi dimension design), cube parttion, multi provider, creating queries, drill down/through, debug the query .........

could you please give me the detail steps how are you going to plan for extraction/ modeling/ partition/ queries basee on the senario.
