MOS-01012 PROBLEM - Windows 2003 & MS SQL 2000

Hi,

I'm currently doing the Database Instance Installation for SAP NetWeaver 04 SR1 from SAPinst. I'm stuck at the Installation Phase "MS SQL Server Post Load" with the following error:

M0S-01012 PROBLEM: 'C:\usr\sap\CPB\SYS\exe\run/startsap name=CPB nr=01 SAPDIAHOST=klxsap2001' returned with '-1' which is not a defined as a success code.

Note: CPB is the SID.

I can't seem to find any SAP Notes or SDN discussions with regards to this. Appreciate if I could get a speedy reply on this. 😊
