Dispatcher running, but no server connected

Dear all,

We are running Netweavar Web AS 6.40 SP11 and EP 6.40 SP11. SSO configuration messed up our portal log in. To fix that using SAP* we were trying to restore the default settings.

Using ConfigTool we just restored all the default values and then when we restarted the Web AS , now we get the following error message when we launch j2ee home page.

503 Service Unavailable

Also we are trying to launch VisualAdmin, we get the following error message.

End of stream is reached unexpectedly during input Socket[addr=/192.168.1.105, port=50004,localhost=2777]

Side note: In the management cosole all the process are up and running. ConfigTool is running and we set SAP* back.

Can some one help us out?
