Dynamic drop down list field on Ipad for Mobile SAP CRM Sales

We have a requirement when user enters on Ipad on Business Partner level country code. The picklist field which is a generated Z field via AET should restrict the values based on the country code entered. Question is how technically feasible this kind of development taking into account that the SUP part of SAP CRM Sales Mobility solution change is not an option.
