Unable to create socket error: SOAP Receiver after PI Cloud Migration

Hi Experts,

We have a proxy that is to be configured in the SOAP Receiver that we use to establish the connection with a sales force system. We're seeing this error in particular after we've had the PI box migrated to Cloud.

We've recently upgraded our PI box from 7.3 to 7.31, post which the Sales force Integration with the old proxy worked fine.

After migrating to Cloud, the new proxy is being configured in the channel but the Network team concludes the PI is still hitting the old proxy. Could someone please suggest on what could be done to overcome this error?
