Hi Experts,
please advise:
after upgrade users are getting prompts to authenticate to CRM server while performing some tasks in EIC (like sending an email, trying to add employees...).
There is pop-up screen saying: the server xxx at SAP NetWeaver Application Server (xxx/xxx) requires a username and password.
Users have to fill in this prompt several times or click cancel (after which CRM is getting locked and they need to request for new password).
What can be done to fix this issue?
CRM version 7.0, SAP_BASIS 702 level 12

Did you have SSO installed?
- check that the certificates are still OK
- check that your services are not mixing https and http content
