Multiple PR's from Single SO

My client creates only one Sales order per Project. But with single sales order, they are looking for multiple PR's to be created.

Is it possible to create Multiple PR's from Single Sales order automatically.

If not possible will it be possible to create the same manually and linked to Sales Order Line Item.
