Team Viewer eventing to VC objects

Hello,

I hear that eventing triggered from the MSS Team Viewer is not working. I have tried myself with no luck.

We are running EP 620 and due to our enormous landscape will not migrate to 640 anytime soon. The ESS/MSS area is really heating up and a number of requests are being made. We already use a number of event triggered MSS iViews and redeploying the whole suite as VC objects would be difficult.

The requestor is looking at using PDV based technology which is deprecated but seems to be our only (simple) option. TCO.... etc....

VC is an ideal tool to provide some some quick wins but we're stuck with this eventing issue.

Can anyone offer a workaround?

Does anyone know if SAP will correct this problem within the next few months.
