first Tutorial: wdGet.WelcomeComponentController() is undefined

While trying the first Tutorial "Creating Your First Web Dynpro Application" I get the error

wdGet.WelcomeComponentController() is undefined for the type IPrivateResultView?

Any idea?

Please open the view.Go to properties tab and add the component/Custom controller in the required controllers.

Hi Anilkumar,

Thanks a lot. My fault was that I didnt't followed the tutorial instructions careful enough. After correctly creating a context for the ResultView the problem was gone. That was exactly your hint.

Hi Rolf

1. Open the view

2. Click on the properties tab and click on Add

3. Add the component controller that is displayed and choose finih

4. Save and run the application.

And error is coming at time of deployment or at run time?
