Sending a mail from SAP System to external mail id

Hi all,

I need to send email from SAP system to external mail id say(Hajeera.begum@detutschebahn.com).

I have certain list of users in a internal table. I need to send a mail with certain subject and body of the mail to the users in the internal table.

Can anyone suggest the function module to do so or any other way.

Hey hajeera,

pls be more specific about your requirement. Do you want to send your report, smartforms, sapscript or adobe from sap system to external mail. If you want to send your form (SAPScript, smartforms or adobe form)  search sap technical. com, here you can find code and steps to do so.
