Sending a mail from SAP System to external mail id

Hi all,

I need to send email from SAP system to external mail id say(Hajeera.begum@detutschebahn.com).

I have certain list of users in a internal table. I need to send a mail with certain subject and body of the mail to the users in the internal table.

Can anyone suggest the function module to do so or any other way.
