No Change document positions found in Work Clearance Application?

Dear All,

While trying to see the change Documents in WC Application system is showing the message " No Change document positions found" with Message no : CD649.

Could you please tell me how to see the change document's in WC Application like we get the Action Log in Maintenance Order.
