Strong Cryptography::unable to locate :https://security.wdf.sap.corp

hi,

i am installing the java plug in for ABAP system in WAS installation.

i want to use the strong cryptography option provided.

but i couldn't find the file in the location specified. moreover the link itself : https://security.wdf.sap.corp" itself doesn't exist.

please direct as to how to install the same..
