CBIH82 - Work Area Custodian

Hi Experts,

I am not maintaining Work Area Custodian in my Work Area "CBIH02" transaction, but still the work area custodian person appears in transaction "CBIH82" while entering the inc/ac report.

I debugged using ABAPer as it may be hard coded somewhere using customization, still there are no results.

Are there any from from functional perspective that it can be maintained other than "CBIH02" transaction ?

Hi Hari Prasath,

I can understand from your question that you are not maintaining the integration with the persons in work area, still person details are appearing in inc/acc log (CBIH82).

If my understanding is correct, then -

1. which field is updating, Is it involved tab? If yes, which personal role is it picking?

2. Also observe, when it is gettin updated? after entering the work area details, without saving the incident/ accident? or after saving the incident?

3. does it linked with status changes?

4. you are filling any damage details like, functional location, equipment, (or) machine, etc.,?

Also check for any enhancement/ BADi activated in system.

Any custom table maintained with work area vs. person

there is no any standard configuration, which can update the person details auto....

make your query with more inputs, for further assistance.

Thanks for your reply..

1.) Yes its in Involved tab only & person role pick is employee A only.

2.) After entering the work area as well as ACCIDENT LOCATION field only its getting appeared.

3.) No

4,) No, After filling the accident location itself, this appears.

Hi Hari prasath,

You have one more option to link the HR master to work area in CBIH02.

Hitlist of work area (CBIH02).

Just select the work area (the same work area, you are using for Inc/Acc. log), .........

Goto > Link to Organizational Management.

You can create a relation ship by selecting the button - "Create relationship". or you can see any existing relationship maintained.

Eventhough, you maintained the relationship here.....you must have some enhancement/ BADi activation to update this information in Inc./Acc. Log.

Note - This Organizational management link only appears in Hitlist screen of work area. If you select particular work area and enter into Header data.......this will not be appeared.

I am not able to see the "Org. Mgmt" in "GOTO" link tab itself ..

Hi Hari prasath,

I clearly mentioned in my previous thread, not to enter into work area header.

You can fid it in the hitlist in CBHI02.

check the image below.
