Stock transfer

I have one scenario supping plant-1 is sending the material 1000kgs but when stock is received in receiving plant-2 the stock is 995kgs due to "Moisturize" how well you frame in SAP system (like:rice and wheat... when buy from dealer for 50kg pack total gross weight is 50.05kgs... due climatic condition it may louse some weight after couple of days hence he add some extra qty hence pack weight is 50.05khs right..)

Could you please give some idea

Receive the Complete Quantity ie 1000 Kgs in Receiving Plant and then Scrap the quantity which is lost in transit.
