issue 'mcProcUserReconcile for Mskey=<>failed with Status=13

We are using IdM 7.2 SP10. For 7 entries I get the error 'mcProcUserReconcile for Mskey=<>failed with Status=13' in the system log.

In dispatcher log:

2017.01.06 08:00:18 Error;dispatcher_03 "Reconcile dirty entries";40;7"Scheduled procedure executed with error for some entries - Errors with reconciliation of 7 entries. See system log for more information"

I already checked dispatchers, housekeeping


Who can help me or has similar issue. On the community earlier in 2016 similar issue was registered. I checked that one first but no solution was published.
