high processing times and as well CPU times (they are around the same) in transaction mb51 on WIN/SQL based system

On one system Windows/SQL based I noticed very high processing times and as well CPU times (they are around the same) in transaction mb51

On an oracle based system i would look at databse statistics for related tables but in MSSQL I do not have idea

Please help
