component usage SECOND_COMP does not exist

HI,

i'm trying to use a view of a SECOND COMP in FIRST COMP as a POPUP by calling create_window_for_cmp_usage method...

but when im clicking on button .

component usage SECOND_COMP does not exist error is coming.

plz help me
