Count not getting displayed in graphic modeler- CRM Segmentation using Infosets

Dear All,

We have added certain Z fields to the business partner ,since the user is going to fill these fields when capturing the account details, the user does not want to fill them again in marketing attributes hence for segmentation we decided to create the data source as info sets tcode(crmd_mktds)

We could create an info set by linking 3 tables in SAP CRM which contain all the Z fields which is done.

Next I could also generate the attribute list in the graphic modeler however the count for the filter is not getting displayed, even after clicking on count for the same

As a result of which the Bp numbers are not getting displayed

In  CRM Web Ui I have created an account having the Z field

The filter criteria for the same is also set to 001

Kind Regards

Hi,

I presume that the info set is not created properly .Check for the mapping between  tables.

Also, if you are using TREX then this is one of the common problems.Check the RFC connection and the TREX connections.

Dear Aneesh,

Thank you very much for your reply, appreciate your time taken to reply, have a few queries appreciate if you could reply on the same.

1) Since the infoset is created in SAP CRM by linking 3 tables is Trex required.

2) I am linking 3 tables where we had added z fields

a) CRMD_ORDERADM_H

b) CRMD_DHR_LEAD

c) BUT000

The logic that we passed was

we got the GUID no from the CRMD_ORDERADM_H table by passing this Guid no in the table CRMD_DHR_LEAD we got the prospect no, we passed this prospect no in the table BUT000 and for the z fields like household income for the particular Bp I can also see the entry in the table BUT000 please advice further.

Hi,

TREX is not compulsory...u need it only if ur data volume s very big...

I would like to know which field you are pulling from which table to fetch the BP count...what is your attribute ....is it house hold income? please post the reqirement in details for the forum members to get some answers for u.

try this out....take it step by step for now..break ur requirement into two parts and see if u can get the count alrite....then use the full requirement....

hope this helps!

Hi Aneesh,

Thanks for your detailed reply appreciate the same,

I have created certain z fields in the account and lead screen in CRM Web UI for ex.

Household Income field is created in the account screen, value 001  corresponds to a description 10lakhs-20 lakhs, the details of the same(value 001 and its description) are stored in a  z table,

The logic which I give to build the infoset was

a) To pick these values and its description from the Z table and pass the same in the BUT000 table where we have added these z fields.

b)If I check in the BUT000 I get 7 entries having the value 001 however how do I check on the info set which is created if the same contains 7 entries.

Hi All,

I am facing the similar issue .. the segmentation is pulling up correct values in quality. but when I am checking the same in production count is pulling "zero" value .

Hi Sumit,

As you have mentioned the issue is not faced in quality but in production.

Since the same would be user specific, please check the required authorizations given to the user.

Kind Regards

Hello, Atul.

I'd start to test infoset from the creation a query in SQ01 based on your infoset and test it if it works properly in general.
