pt_qta10 Issue

Hello All,

I am facing an issue in the report PT_QTA10. The issue is as follows:

1. I generated Absence Quota for CL, using PT60.

2. CL Quota is maintained in PA30 > IT2006.

3. When we check the PT_QTA10 report, and select for the current year, the following points are observed:

     > in Quota Column, Casual Leave is not getting displayed.

     > In Used Column, it is showing as 366, while it should be Zero, as none is used.

     > In Total Remaining Column, 365- is being shown, which should be 1.

Please help me solve this issue. As this is a standard report, we will not be able to make any changes either.

Dear Bhagyashree,

As you know PT_QTA10 is for displaying of the absence quota information only.

Does the CL quota is reflected in 2006 after the live run.

Also please confirm whether any absences are updated through 2001.

Is it displaying same for all the employees or only for few employees.

Thanks for the reply.

CL is getting reflected in 2006 as well. We have a rule that 1 CL will be updated to employee quota every month. So, by the same rule, CL quota with quota number as 1 is generated. As of now, i have checked only for one employee. Also, when i generate the absence, using the same quota, it is not deducting in this report.

Dear Bhgyashree,

You may run time evaluation after updating the absence in 2001 then use the report PT_QTA10.
