Unable to cancel invoice(credit memo) due to error

Hi,

I have question, i am unable to cancel invoice due to error 'no tax document could be found for key'. I did test,if i change the TaxClass1-Cust from 5 to 1 (example), i can delete i.But I have checked that TaxClass1-Cust maintained is 5. What is wrong? i hope anyone can help me. Is there anyhthing, that i need to check. ASAP

Dear,

'no tax document could be found for key'

Please check once again your VF11 Over view Screen what document or Payer, Material and Document have you provided based on this ,system will be processing .

Note : Please check your Customer (Payer ) ,which Tax Classification maintained there .Go to Table level and get the data and do Cancellation Process .
