Hi Pranav,

You have to maintain the prices in the t.code: KP26 according the combination of Cost Center and activity types showing in the error message.

Hi,

1.Please check in KP26 whether you maintain cost center and activity type price the error seems you didn't maintain the cost center/ activity type planning.

2 check the production version in costing 1 tab of your FG material in production version the the routing should be there.

Hi everybody,

May I ask you some questions related to CK11N. I have finished with KP26 (activity price) & CA12 (routing). Overhead costs also automatically run into CK11N but the result is just approximately a quarter of manual result (calculated by myself); eg:

Cost element: 9014120005 - total value: 50.6 - fixed value: 50.6 - quantity: 142.0 - un: HR

Meanwhile,

CA12: 1.420 HR

KP26: 1.41 USD

Lot size: 100 pcs

So, fixed value should be: 1.420*1.41*100 = 200.22 (= 4 times * fixed value in CK11N)

Other overhead costs in CK11N are also equal to 1/4 manual result.

So, the difference came from what reason? Honestly, I don't understand thoroughly about the logic of costing resulted from KP26 to CK11N.

Pls kindly advise me asap.

Hi,

Please check the unit of measure in activity type master data, If unit of measure different the HR it will calculate according to the conversion rate.

I have checked kp26, unit is HR ass well. Any another master data to set unit of measure?

And btw, for other material, overhead costs don't run into CK11N even I have updated in KP26 & CA12.

Hi Trang,

Please check the t.code: KSBT per hour rate for the particular cost center and activity type, Overheads will be calculated through costing sheet or temple allocation it is not based on the KP26 & CA12.

Please check for that cost center and activity, activity planning has been done or nor, this is the common error you will get if you didn't maintain activity prices.

Please check version "0" - for current year, which method you follow for plan and actual. It should be periodic price method.

Hi Pranav,

It seems you have not maintained plan qty and plan rate in KP26.

Other possibility: Run KSPI for plan activity price calculation if you follow only plan qty in KP26 and amounts in KP06. 

Also for one material there is no price. Pls check in MM03 accounting and costing vlies for the material price details and maintain the same.
