Error in setup deletion in r/3

Hello,

When i try to delete the setup tables in r/3 for purchasing application(02), i get the following error:

Database problems with table MC02M_0CGRSETUP

Message no. MCEX020

What can be the solution to this? is it becoz i have a active set up run going on for application 03(inventory management)?
