Fixed Asset in SAP 9.0

Dear Experts,

I have few queries regarding Fixed Assets in SAP B one 9.0 Version, please help in this regards -

1. I have purchased an FA Item with quantity 10 at different periods and I would like to run the Depreciation for a single Item.

  ex : - Item - Computers

   Purchased in 1 - 04 2012 - Qty 2 - Value - 1,00,0000 / -

   Purchased in 1-06-2012 - Qty 3 - 1,12,000 / -

Now i want to run the Depreciation for the Items which are purchased in the month of 1 -04-2012, I didn't found any option in this regards instead the Depreciation is calculating for the item (cumulative figures by considering both the periods).

2. If we want to run the Depreciation in the middle of the month like for x no. of Days, the system is not allowing us to select the Data but is providing me option to select the Posting periods which is at the end of the month.

3. How to transfer a single Item from Location to another Location.

Please help me on the above issues and it will we be more helpful for me if you provide me with user guidance..
