GOS: store business object is not active

Hi Experts,

In sales t-codes: VA21 (Quotation), VA41 (contract) and VC01N (sales activity) under GOS " store business object" field is not active.

Please suggest how to enable the service. I badly stuck here.

Have you created any document types...?

Check (TX OAC3)

If you have not created then create one and also dont forget to create Content repositories (Tx OAC0).

Hi Tony,

All the cusomization is done. Now I am able to link the document with transaction but am not able to upload the document under head "store business docuemnt" in create mode.

I want to know is it standard behaviour of the system.

Please suggest.

Are you able to see the option "Store business document'.

I strongly recommend to check the authorization, if you dont have the right authorization then you will not able to attach or upload the document. Check whether user parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE is enabled in the profiles.

If you can list down the steps you did then it would be easy to resolve the issue.
