Hi,

We have a requirement to restrict the user to deliver the finished goods at out bond delivery when stock reached at safety stock level. This stock can be deliver when we needed.

To understand it more clearly we look the following example

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Safety Stock  : 100

Order :100

Stock in Storage :100

System should stop the delivery when user try to deliver this 100 Stock.

System only allow to deliver on request.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

How this can be achieve where should I define minimum stock level and how system will stop the user.

Do not consider safty stock in ATP. You may change setting for Availability chack contro (OVZ9) for Availability check requirement and Delivery checking rule (normally B used for delivery, but verify correct rule in your case )

Hope this will solve your requirement.

Have you maintained this in MRP2 view of that material master ?  If not, maintain and try.

Define Delivery Block by executing t code OVLS, tick on Good for blocking good issue, and assign it to your Delivery Document type.
