Territory management - Maintain custom attribute

Hello All

I'd like to add the marketing attribute set in territory attributes. Could you please suggest the steps?

In the below customizing,

IMG - CRM - Master Data - Territory Management --> Territory Attributes --> Maintain Territory Attributes. (T-code - CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRMAIN)

Do I add a new condition group ID to support various marketing attribute sets or

Do I add the marketing attributes individually in the BP condition group ID? If so, could you please suggest the values that are supposed to go into the below fields

Condition Attribute ID

Help Type

Data Type

Reference Table/ Field - Can I use AUSP/ ATINN? Else, please suggest the SMO tables for Marketing attributes, If any.

Ref Object Type

Hi Arif,

For marketing attributes , you will have to create a new condition group and add them using T-code - CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRMAIN.  If facing any issue , you can update CRMV_FDT_ATTR using sm30.

Reference Table and Reference Field: maintain both fields,  in the following cases:

a) For the Mobile Sales (laptop) scenario. They provide information to map the subscription generator for attributes. Refer to customizing table CRMC_TERRATTRPRP

b) If the additional attributes you are defining apply to Products. These fields help identify additional attributes.

Thanks for Quick reply Punit, yeah, exactly one year

So you mean we need to add a 4th condition group? Do you have some more details you can share or after that it is kind of same as adding a new attribute in existing condition group?  We are not using mobile.
