NW 7.3 EHP1 portal does not start on server reboot.

Running on a windows 2008 R2 server with SQL database.

I checked in services and I have SAPHostControl, SAPHostExec as well as SAP(SAPSID)_00, SAP(SAPSID)_01 and SAP(SAPSID)_97 all running.

IN SAPMMC I can manually restart the instance.  All process listed appear to be running fine.  Although the resultant may also have issues since JSPM also errors out.  JSPM errors out with a SAPHostContrl error.

I would like to focus on why the system doesn't automatically start upon server restart.

Hi,

Please go /usr/sap/SID/J/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/

There you can see two files, one is defaultTrace* file & applications* .

If possible, please attach both the LATEST file for more analysis.

If you wish to have the SAP server to be started automatically when the server is restarted , then you need to create a script for it and place it under startup folder .

Thanks and Regards,

From what I have read, SAPhostcontrol and SAPhostExec ar suppose to restart it for us!

Files Attached.  They were too big so I had to truncate them

Note: that I did restart the server and the system this morning to get those screen shots.

Note: I haven't connected to SLD yet....

I am not getting an error that I can visually see.  If you have a log file that you would suggest me to review, I can go there.  Attached is the state that I find the system after the server reboots.

After I manally restart it, the system looks like this and the processes are all running;
