Charts do not respond to setting of Properties in WAD

Hi,

we have a situation where one of the web template(with several BW charts) we are working on is displaying default properties no matter how we change the charts' properties in WAD. The preview of chart in the "Edit Chart" window shows exactly what we want to see but it does not reflect the same when we clicked the "Execute in the Browser ..." button. For example, the colors of bar chart, showing of legend etc. We tried creating a new web template with new chart built from scratch and it still don't listen to our settings in the properties. Anyone has any idea what is going on? Or anyone encountered this situation before. Deeply appreciate any relevant advice.

Best Regards

This is what I got, but seemed like its missing the mischart.dll file and the BW system is 3.1. So this is likely the case of Win32 IGS not installed? Moreover the charts generated are always in vertical columns.
