How to create networks for WBS project definition using BAPI

Please help me in creating networks for WBS in project definition using BAPI with any sample program/document.

In the BAPI 'BAPI_BUS2002_CREATE' ,the importing parameter 'I_NETWORK'  associated with BAPI_BUS2002_NEW has component name called NETWORK. How to find 'network and network type' for WBS in project definition?
