basis PATCH kb64012 FAILED AT import_proper

Hello,

I am running WEBAS 6.40 on WIndows 2003. After install, my support patch levels where as follows:

BASIS Stack 9

SAP_ABA Stack 9

PI_BASIS Stack 6

SAP BW 350 Stack 9

BI_CONT 353

I upgraded the Kernel to SP12 then imported the BASIS patches 10 & 11 with no errors (using SPAM ver 6.40/0018). While importing BASIS patch 12 the import failed at phase IMPORT_PROPER.

THe error code I am getting is error code 8.

What can I do to complete this import??
