All the incidents are not showing in incident managet \worklist search.


Dear Masters ,

WE are on SOLMAN 7.1 SP7

WE are able to create the tickets from different satellite systems .But we are able to see only some tickets in the search of worklist and incident management.

For example : ticket number 300,301,302,304,305 are created but when we go through the default search of asending order here i am missing 301,304,305 and i can see the remaining tickets.

Why is this happening?

What is the significance of parameter value in the user ? what is the difference it make if it is ZSOLMANPRO or SOLMANPRO ?
