Is CRM Code enough or IPC req

Hi All,

There is userexit written in R3. code is

IF xkomv-kschl eq 'ZC56' and komp-kaend_typ(1) ne '*' and xkomv-kschl1 = ‘ZCE’.

*Activate Group Condition

xkomv-kgrpe = ‘X’.

And we dont have any routine number. Just this logic is based on Condition type. It has to be implemented in CRM. So, Do we need to write any code in IPC. I hope we can write code based on routine no. So if we find & change the BADI in CRM, is that enough. or we should code in IPC.
