Update the UDF length in SAP B1 using sql query

Hello All,

We have one issue in our customer environment, unfortunately UDF is created in Marketing documents with excess field length size(100). SAP B1 doesn't allow decrease the field size . We find the alternative procedure by using the SQL query.

By using the below query is it effects any where in SAP B1 functionality / performance ? Please let us know.
