DOJ not coming in Payslip

Dear All,

Date of joining is not been displayed for an employee in payslip, instead preseparation date is being shown in payslip.

The scenario:

Preseparation action has been executed for an employee and subsequently revocation of preseparation action has been executed on the next date itself.

Now while generating payslip, the joining date is shown as preseparation date.

Request you to help me with this issue.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Sriram

    Hi Sriram

Are you storing the DOJ in any Date Type in IT 0041? It would be simple to display the DOJ or any datetype from IT 0041 to display on the Payslip as follows:

    Table: P0041

Table Field: ART01(This is Country Hire Date) is you have any other date type in which Hire Date is maintained select the same here

    Conversion: Could be date formatting.

Let me know if its not working

    Cheers

      Hi Sriram,

Date of joining won't display in payslip by default.

You have to configure it through PE51 (If you are using form editor).

Firstly add DOJ text by clicking on change (subobjects) to the Text module. Then add DOJ field name by clicking on single field.

Hope it helps you and please let me know in case you need further explanation.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Surekha
