Hi,
I am not able to create a single delivery for two orders. Shipping point,delivery date, and ship-to party is same. I didn't set up Route yet. That means Route is spaces in shipping tab of orders. Does Route needs be have some value? Do you think this is creating problem?
I saw there was a thread on the same topic http://scn.sap.com/thread/2038265. Posted the same question, but no response.
That's why I created new thread.

You will find the source for report provided in this note.
You can also use the one provided by Lakshmipathi. It will give us the logs after delivery creation clearly specifying the field names.

Hello Siri,
Please use program "ZLE_ANALYZE_DELIVERY_SPLIT".
Provide the 2 deliveries which were splitted and check the reason for split.
Reason could be
1) Incoterms in 2 Sales Orders are different.
2) Check the Data Transfer Routine assigned. I feel there could be some custom logic to split deliveries.
Please check the field which caused the split and try to correct that in 2 Sales orders and then recreate.
Please share the outcome.
