New Portal Integration with Existing ERP System

Hello All :

We have Common Portal  to which two different Prod ECC Systems X and Y are connected. ( Same Architecture is for D, Q, Prod as well ) .

We now have New  DEV  Portal Installed, Tested by Developers  and we required to integrate ECC System Y- DEV  with this new portal i.e. Disconnect  ECC DEV Y from Old Common DEV Portal and Connect to this newly installed DEV Portal.

  To Achieve this :

  A. Integration Related Changes :

  1. Remove the SSO, JCO RFCs etc. From Old Portal  Pointing to ECC DEV Y

   2. Remove the SSL Connections for User Accessing ECC DEV Y from  Old Common Portal

   3. Config SSO, JCO RFCs  in New Portal  for  ECC DEV Y

   4. Config SSL for New Users Accessing ECC DEV Y From New DEV Portal

  Beside this,

B. SLD :

  We Plan to Keep Local SLD for This Newly Installed Portal as there's Version Mismatch between this New Portal and Existing Sol Man on which

   SLD For Old Common Portal Runs.

  Pl. Suggest your thoughts on A. ( If any missing tasks, Corrections  )  and B. how to migrate SLD from Sol Man to this New Portal which is on

  higher version ?

Hi Ishan

regarding B - you could add in an SLD Bridge to forward all information to the new SLD.  This would mean that all updates are automatically forwarded to the new SLD.
