How to sort user statuses without status numbers

Hi ,

I have few user statuses like "Waiting for material" "Waiting for reource" etc. These are without status numbers. But if I want to control their position as per my requirement ? how to do this . I tried to put position , but not succesfull. By default it is sorted based on alphabets.

Simply use position.

Position will help you in Status Overview field in Header.

I hope, he is asking for the sorting in User Status list after clicking the details button.

The use of Position and maybe Priority if more than one status are on the same position is positively sufficient; See example - first 3 stati mentioned have Position 1,2,3 respectively

If this doesn't work for you, please review the setting in OIBS and reply.

Another option is to put a leading number in the status name (four-character code)

User Statuses will be sorted as you mentioned with Status Number.

You can use Status Text (2nd Column) to give as per your requirement.

I hope, there is no other option.
