solman_setup suddenly stopped working

Hello,

After upgrading from 7.1 SP4 to 7.1 SP7 on solman solman_setup was working fine.

Yesterday I installed DAA 720 on solman & then started Sync from SLD to LMDB in Setup LMDB step from solman_setup .

Once the sync started it didn't let me start solman_setup first i was getting below error

So i went ahead & increased the HTTP processing time to 5000 & also checked these parameters

icm/host_name_full

icm/keep_alive_timeout (sec.)  = 500

icm/conn_timeout (msec.) =5000

But solman_setup still didn't start & this time i get below error

I checked running the http://FQDN:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app?sap-client=100 explicitly but i get same error.

But if i run NWA using http://FQDN:8001 works fine

Kindly request yor help to start solman_setup.

Restart the java stack and also  paste the content of dev_icm.

please try with solman_workcenter..... n then try with the setup tab..... try to sync the sld and lmdb from workcenter as it has the setup tab is integrated with it.

As you know, the sync takes much time so have to wait for the sync job to complete.

Once the sync is performed, try with the setup tcode.
